We came across Revive footcare after my son could wait no longer to have his badly infected ingrown toenail removed on the NHS. Mark and Paul were extremely kind and empathetic from the outset to my son, who has ASD and an extreme fear of needles. On the day of the nail removal they were both very patient and gave my son the time and reassurance he needed and the nail was removed successfully. Follow up checks were carried out at times to suit us and my son was so relieved to no longer be in pain. Ironically his toe nail on the other foot became ingrown so we had to repeat the process! Once again the procedure and service we received was exemplary.
My son can now wear proper shoes for the first time in months and walk about pain free.

Spoke to Mark who kindly booked me In with Paul just a few days later which was great. Paul was fantastic and thorough and extremely gentle. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone. I am so grateful as I was dreading it as people in pain often do, but left there feeling relaxed and thankful that he dealt with my extremely painful Ingrown toenail and absolutely pain free with no injection! Cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely not think twice if I have to go back. Thank you Paul!

After coming up with no solution at the doctors, after a long standing problem with son's fungal nail infection, we finally found Revive. Within a couple of weeks, and a couple of appointments the problem was fixed.

Fantastic work on my sons ingrown toenail that had been ongoing fro over a year before we went to Revive. Son was left traumatised by previous podiatrist and was refusing to get the treatment he needed. Have been seeing Paul for footcare for a couple of years now and have found him not only to be caring but also very capable. He has carried out a couple of ops on my feet/nails as well as providing orthotic soles - all of which have improved substantially my pain and symptoms. When I have had urgent issues he has always been reachable, keen to provide advice and willing to make an effort to see me.
